Spring in Albuquerque

We’ve taken many photos of this statue of Clyde Tingley at Tingley Beach, but never got it just right until we found this one with the blossoms on the tree behind him in full bloom.

The desert in full bloom in late spring at Elena Gallegos Open Space.
The lilacs blooming look nice against adobe. Taos has a festival dedicated to this very look.
Hovering bees are a fun photographic challenge.

This collage is of a walk we took through a northwest Albuquerque neighborhood in the spring. We saw a red robin and other birds, bunny, coyote, and buds.
